Terms of purchase

Agreement is entered into between you and Rundis AB, organization number 559040-8372 ("Rundis" or "we").

To shop at Rundis, you must be of legal age.

We reserve the right for any errors in the item information and reserve the right to change any information without prior notice. In the event of a final sale or if a sale item has expired, Rundis has the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amounts paid in advance.

Completed order means that you accept our general terms and conditions and consent to names and personal data being registered in customer registers.

All picture information on the website should be seen as illustrations, we cannot guarantee that a picture reproduces the exact appearance and condition of the product. The color mixture in the product images of e.g. pearls should be seen as an example, the color mix may vary in each package.

All images and material on this website are protected by copyright law.


All prices for the goods are stated in Swedish kronor and include 25% VAT.
Sales to countries outside the EU are VAT-free, you will see your final price at checkout.

ATTENTION! Any customs duties and other charges are paid by the customer in the respective country.


All transactions take place through secure payment.

Delivery and shipping within Sweden

Deliveries within Sweden are made with Postnord. The shipping fee is SEK 39. For purchases over SEK 500, we ship free of charge.

The shipping fee also includes packaging and other incurred costs.

We send your goods, depending on their value/size, either as a standard letter/goods letter or with the Send Easy service, where you can track your delivery and then pick it up at your nearest post office. Postnord sends an SMS notification to your mobile or a notification to your e-mail address.

We send packages weighing more than 2 kg as MyPack Collect, these must be picked up at your nearest post office.

For unclaimed shipments, we calculate a fee of SEK 150.

As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the name and address details in your order are correct. Will an order be returned due to incorrectly entered information, we can offer to resend the order for a new shipping fee of SEK 39.

We ship your items 1-3 business days after you place your order. Postnord's delivery time of usually 1–2 working days is added. Longer delivery times than stated may occur in e.g. high load, if the product is out of stock, delays from the supplier, etc.

Delivery and shipping abroad

Deliveries to all other countries are made with Postnord.

Shipping costs (regardless of order value) are:
Europe: SEK 69
rest of the world: SEK 99

Postnord's delivery time to Europe is approximately 2–6 working days, to the rest of the world in approximately 5–8 working days.

ATTENTION! Any customs duties and other charges are paid by the customer in the respective country.

Discount codes

Only one discount code can be used at a time. A missed discount code cannot be adjusted afterwards.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The gift card contains a personal gift card code, which you can use at checkout in the "Discount code" field.

The gift card can only be used on goods. Any shipping costs will be added.

Gift card code cannot be combined with other discount codes.

The amount stated on the gift card is stated incl. VAT.

Should the value of the goods be less than the value of the gift card, we will adjust the remaining amount, so that it can be used on the next purchase occasion. Please note that it may take up to 1 working day for adjustment to take place.

Customers outside the EU will only pay the net amount, i.e. excluding VAT. In that case, the amount without VAT is also stated on the gift card.

Orders by foreign companies

At checkout, enter the company's VAT number. We check your number and then send the goods VAT-free.

Right of withdrawal, return and exchange

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase, provided that the item is sent back to us in an unchanged and undamaged condition within 14 days of receiving the item. You as the buyer are responsible for the return postage. You are responsible for the risk of return shipping. The risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping.

For returns, please first contact us at and state the order number and what is to be returned.

Once we have received your return, we will refund the amount of the goods as quickly as we can, but no later than 14 days after we have received your goods. Most of the time, however, it goes much faster. Please note that we do not refund the shipping fee.

We have no possibility in our system to carry out an exchange. In that case, you are welcome with a new order.


To claim an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately. Complaints are made via e-mail to For easier handling of the complaint, always state the order number and reason for the complaint. If you send with a picture, processing goes much faster with us.

Force majeure

An event such as war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority's decision, non-delivery from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances and a comparable event beyond Rundis' control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Rundis is released from its obligations to fulfill concluded agreements.
